RICHARD ALEXANDER LIBBY (Veteran of WW II, Volunteer Service Army Royal Canadian Engineers 1st Division, Member of Parkwood Masonic Lodge, Past District Deputy Grand Master, Retired from Durham Board of Education after 20 years) Suddenly, on Wednesday, November 15, 2000, at age 83. Richard Libby of Port Perry, devoted husband of Peggy (nee Perrin) for 60 years. Loving father of Donna Laverne Griffin-Smith and her husband Don Smith of Blackstock, Morell Josslin and her husband Paul Branton of Little Britain, Eric Richard Libby and his wife Sandy of Kapuskasing, Dellas Marguerite and her husband Gene Rodinsky of Brantford, and Douglas Alexander Libby and his wife Louise of Oshawa. Wonderful grandfather of Scott and Clint Griffin, Troy Manganaro, Wesley and Ryan Branton, Tyler, Travis and Tanis Libby, Jordan Rodinsky, Aaron, Christine and Jason Libby, and great grandfather of Nick Eric Libby. Dear brother of Melba Axworthy of Toronto. Relatives and friends will be received at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, "McDermott-Panabaker Chapel" 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (985-2171) on Sunday from 2 �" 4 and 7 �" 9 p.m. A Service to celebrate the life of Richard Libby will be held in the Chapel on Monday, November 20th at 2 p.m. with Reverend Richard Hall officiating. Interment Pine Grove Cemetery, Prince Albert. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Durham Region. A Masonic Service will be held in the funeral home, Sunday evening at 7 p.m.
