Obituary of Elva Margaret Rankin

ELVA MARGARET RANKIN Peacefully, on Saturday, August 28, 2004, at the Lakeridge Health Centre, in Port Perry, at age 81. Elva (nee Pingle), beloved wife of the late Ron Rankin of Port Perry. Loving mother of Bob Rankin and his wife Pat of Port Perry, Jim Rankin and his wife Jean of Epsom, Ken Rankin and his wife Janet of Port Perry, Ray Rankin and his wife Jackie of Port Perry, David Rankin and his wife Pat of Scugog Island, and Susan and her husband Yvan Lebel of Scugog Island. Elva will also be sadly missed by her 15 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Dear sister of Bill Pingle (deceased), Ora Howie (deceased), Jack Pingle of Ajax and Marilyn Ridgway of Cobourg. Loved daughter of the late Howard and Lucille Pingle. The family of Elva Rankin will receive friends at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, "McDermott-Panabaker Chapel", 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905 985-2171) on Monday, August 30th from 2 �" 4 and 7 �" 9 p.m. A Service to celebrate her life will be held in the Chapel on Tuesday, August 31st at 11 a.m. Interment Pine Grove Cemetery, Prince Albert.
