Obituary of Carol Jacobs

CAROL ELIZABETH JACOBS ~ Peacefully, on Friday, June, 22, 2012, after a lengthy battle with Multiple Sclerosis, at the Community Nursing Home in Port Perry, at age 55. Carol (nee James), beloved wife of Stu of Manilla. Loving stepmother of Melanie and Megan Jacobs. Loved sister of Diane and her husband Dave Robertson of Keswick, Linda and her husband Ross Froats of Bobcaygeon, and Kim and her husband Dave Wright of Caesarea. She will also be dearly missed by her grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her brother Fred James, and by her parents Ivor and Muriel James. The family of Carol Jacobs will receive friends at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, "McDermott-Panabaker Chapel", 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905-985-2171) on Monday, June, 25th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Service to celebrate her life will be held in the Chapel on Tuesday, June 26th at 11 a.m. with Michelle Hofman officiating.
