Myles was born in Toronto and raised in Aurora. He attended Humber College in Rexdale in 1980 and received his Funeral Director's License in 1982. He worked at the Marshall Funeral Home in Richmond Hill (1981 ~ 1988) and the Ward Funeral Home in Weston (1988 ~ 1990) and purchased the Wagg Funeral Home on August 1, 1990. 

On August 25, 2001 Myles married Susan (nee Timms) and they have one son named Rory. They reside in Port Perry. 


Locally he is a member of the Rotary Club of Port Perry (serving as President in 1998 ~ 1999), Knights of Columbus, I.O.O.F. and the Scugog Men's Hockey League.

Professionally he is a Past President of the Bay of Quinte Funeral Service Association (1995 ~ 1996), a member of the Ontario Funeral Service Association (serving as President 2009 ~ 2010), a member of the Funeral Service Association of Canada, and a member of the International Order of the Golden Rule Funeral Directors Association.

Mark was raised in Oshawa and attended Humber College in Rexdale in 1992 and received his Funeral Director's License in 1994. He served his Apprenticeship at the McIntosh-Anderson Funeral Home in Oshawa in 1993 and then came to work at the Wagg Funeral Home in Port Perry in July, 1994.

Mark is married to Stephanie (a dental assistant at the Port Perry Dental Centre) and they have two daughters Emma and Myah. They reside in Port Perry

Locally he is Director on the Pine Grove Cemetery Board, and  President of the Port Perry Hospital Foundation.

Mark was added to the Mayors Honor Role (2018) for his involvement in the Community.


Professionally he is Past President (2001-2002) of the Bay of Quinte Funeral Service Association  and is a member of the Ontario Funeral Service Association.

Rachel Grace Trepanier, Funeral Director

Rachel moved to Port Perry in 2001 and attended R.H Cornish Public school and Port Perry High school. While attending high school, she completed her co-op placement in a funeral home and aspired to become a Funeral Director. After High School she attended Durham College and completed the Health Sciences program. Rachel later attended the Funeral Services program at Humber College and received her Funeral Directors license in 2016. She served her Apprenticeship at the Ward Funeral Home in Toronto and started working for the Wagg Funeral Home in May 2017.


Rachel is very excited to serve the area where she grew up in such a meaningful way.

Ron Mitchell died at his home in Port Perry, on October 10, 2012, at age 67. Ron Mitchell, dearly loved husband of Marguerite (nee Schneider). Loved father of Rob and his wife Audrey, Michael and his wife Stephanie and Gerry and his wife Jennifer. Loving grandfather of Lara, Merril, Wilfrid, Miles, Alexis, Ava and Gerry Jr. Dear brother of Barbara and her husband the late Norm Murray and son-in-law of Violet Schneider.

Rae Webster, died peacefully with his daughters at his side on December 27, 2012, at Hillsdale Manor in Oshawa, at age 90. Rae Webster of Port Perry, beloved husband for 58 years to the late Rena (nee Harrison). Loved father of Barb and her husband Harold Chatten of Omemee, and Brenda and her husband Ron Johansen of Oshawa. Loving grandfather of Terrena and her husband Richard Bennett, Joshua Chatten and his wife Rachel, Cheryl and her husband Gerry Beatty, Lori Armstrong & Jim Lloyd and great grandfather of Keegan, Kaitlyn, Kellan, Matthew, Jullian, Claire, Thomas, Lewis and Rylen. Dear brother of Harvey Webster (deceased) and his wife Vera.
