Some of you may know my Mom from the arena, while she would sit in the warm area & watch Jake, Cooper & Reilly play hockey. She didn't just cheer them on, but all kids on the ice. She had nicknames for many, "go white helmet" will always be memorable. If you didn't see my Mom at the arena, you would definitely of heard her! LOL! You may know my Mom as Jake, Cooper or Reilly's Grandma. Whether is was years ago when she volunteered on road watch in Uxbridge, from just around town, or from back in Scotland. My Mom helped me so much, & was such an amazing influence on me & my kids. We feel so fortunate for having her in our lives. Toodle Loo, see you later alligator, in a while crocodile, will always bring a smile to our faces XXX OOO

I first met Isabel through my work in 1988. Little did us two quines know that we not only connected by being from the northeast of Scotland but that we had family connections as well. Over the years we have had many laughs and enjoyed reminiscing about the old country including unusual sayings, musical bothy ballads, and sharing stories about our families. Isabel loved her grandchildren and enjoyed spending time with them whether it was at home or out at their sporting events and activities. Condolences to all of the family especially Sandi and Bruce. I will miss the annual meet up in Aberdeen with Isabel's nephew Kevin and Rhonda where we would have a good blether and catch up. Rest in peace Isabel, your friendship will be missed.
