I just heard of Jock's passing and remember our first meeting at the ROM shortly after I was hired as an archaeologist. I remember also being surprised one night when Jock and Sharon walked into our tent camp on the edge of a former glacial lake in south-central Ontario and spent the night with us, the beginning, or near so, of their relationship. I wish Sharon and the family well and hope they enjoy many good memories. Peter Storck

I just heard about Jock’s passing. Many wonderful memories of spending time as a graduate student with Jock and Sharon supporting the Ontario Archeological Society activities. And memories of Sharon having a surprise baby shower for me. My condolences to Sharon and the family. Jock has left an impressive legacy.
