Obituary of Kenneth Rexford Carruthers

KENNETH REXFORD CARRUTHERS (Regional Councillor for Scugog) Peacefully after a short illness, on Wednesday, March 24, 2004 at the Sunnybrook Medical Centre in Toronto, at age 71. Ken Carruthers of Port Perry, loved brother of Jo-Ann Taylor, Jeannette Winslow, Douglas Carruthers, Joyce Segriff, Garry Carruthers, Norman Carruthers and William Carruthers. He will be sadly missed by his nieces and nephews and his good friend John Foucault. The family of Ken Carruthers will receive friends at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, "McDermott-Panabaker Chapel", 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905 985-2171) on Tuesday, March 30th from 7 �" 9 p.m. A Service to celebrate his life will be held in the Port Perry United Church (Queen and Simcoe Street, Port Perry) on Wednesday, March 31st at 11:15 a.m. Private interment Pine Hills Cemetery, Scarborough.
