Dear Sandra. How sad I was to open the paper this morning and read of Kens passing. Even thought I have been treating many of the same patients for about 10 years or so, there are only a fraction whose names I would remember without having to look at my schedule and Ken was one of them. Throughout the years Ken and I had some great talks about life, family, work, politics etc and I always looked forward to seeing him come in. I believe and imagine he is finally out of the discomfort and pain he has been bearing for so long now and, up there, standing and looking down on us all with a warm smile on his face. We were very sad to read the paper and hear about Ken's passing. May God bless your family and be with you through such difficult times. Do you remember my Dad Bill Wilson who was beside Ken at Whitby Hospital and then directly across from Ken's bed by the door one room down from the nursing station. Bill went to Strathaven Nursing home November 10th, 05 and passed away January 16th 06 suddenly with a blood clot in his lung.I am still grieving his loss and I know what difficult times you and your family are having. God Bless Sandra and family (Ken was a real fighter) and enjoy your grandchildren... Love Wayne and Karen Huddleston --My Dad liked Ken very much and they helped each other and talked for such a long time.

To the Fletcher Family. I was very sad to read of Ken's passing. It has been about twenty years since I worked with Ken at TD. I was a supervisor in a department that worked very closely with the areas under Ken's leadership. He was always very helpful to me and gave me words of advice when I was promoted out of the area. The words have been forgotten but the message and the man who delivered them never were. Please accept my condolences.
