Kelly Burger

Obituary of Kelly Anne Burger

On Saturday, January 9, 2021 the world lost a truly incredible human being and a very special soul. Kelly was not only my mom and my best friend, but she was such an amazing wife, friend, sister and person to all who knew her. She had the ability to walk into a room and light it up with just her beautiful smile, making everyone’s day better in the process. About six months ago, my mom was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and was given a terminal diagnosis. Despite this, she fought with every single ounce of her strength and she never backed down from her battle, not once. My mom showed me what it meant to be a true fighter and I will forever admire her courage, strength and resilience. She genuinely loved life and she will forever live on as an inspiration to all. My hope is that everyone can learn something from her journey and her life. I was lucky enough to be able to call her my mother and I am grateful to have her watching over me now. I know I can get through anything life throws at me with her by my side. My mom was always a true angel and her legacy will forever be carried on in our hearts. I love you beyond words mom, forever and always.
